Fabrication facility achieves Zero Defects for One Year

DINCO has achieved defect-free manufacturing at its facility in Chihuahua, Mexico. For one year, it has been serving a global leader in the telecommunications industry, producing 700 structural frames for this sector.

This milestone also signifies one year without any customer returns or complaints.

In a message addressed to all employees by Eduardo Valdez, Value Creation Manager, and Edel González, Quality Leader, employees were commended for their hard work and commitment to excellence in quality.

This significant achievement for DINCO was recognized by its client, a global leader in the telecommunications sector.

Lean Management

DINCO employs a disciplined approach to both Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing in its operations. Lean Manufacturing, also known as Lean Production, is a method of work organization focused on continuous improvement and optimization of the production system by eliminating waste and activities that do not add value to the process.

Its aim is to minimize losses that occur in the manufacturing processes by using only essential resources. By eliminating waste, quality is improved, and manufacturing time and costs are reduced.

Advanced Product Quality Planning

The following are just some of the proven features of DINCO’s quality process:

  • Standardized APQP: Advanced Product Quality Planning to ensure a smooth product launch.
  • The use of robust testing protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
  • A constant passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

At DINCO, we take pride in having met the needs of our telecommunications industry clients with zero defects and remain committed not only to this industry but to all those for which we manufacture specialized metalwork.
